KAZUKO is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Jeddah. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and hands-on experience using Onyx Pro ERP. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, inventory accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting management with accurate financial data. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily accounting operations using Onyx Pro ERP. • - Record journal entries and maintain accurate financial records. • - Process supplier invoices and customer payments. • - Perform bank reconciliations. • - Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable. • - Monitor inventory transactions and ensure inventory accuracy. • - Review purchase orders, purchase invoices, sales invoices, and inventory transfers. • - Prepare monthly financial reports. • - Assist in month-end and year-end closing. • - Prepare VAT-related reports and support tax compliance. • - Analyze financial data and provide reports to management. • - Create and maintain Excel reports and dashboards. • - Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales departments. • - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. • - Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • - Minimum 2 years of accounting experience. • - Strong hands-on experience with Onyx Pro ERP is mandatory. • - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • - Experience with inventory accounting. • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • - High attention to detail and accuracy. • - Excellent organizational and time management skills. • - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • - Good communication skills. • - Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred Experience: Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, or E-commerce industries. Languages: English (Good); Arabic (preferred but not required). All nationalities are welcome.
