Job Description: Business Software Developer Company: Shashikamal Enterprise IT Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Position: Business Software Developer Job Summary Shashikamal Enterprise IT is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Software Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain business software solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience in business application development, and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions. • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable business applications. • Customize and enhance existing software systems based on business needs. • Develop and maintain databases, integrations, reports, and application workflows. • Collaborate with business teams, project managers, and stakeholders to understand operational challenges and provide technology-driven solutions. • Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely technical support. • Ensure applications meet quality, security, performance, and usability standards. • Prepare technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides. • Participate in software upgrades, system improvements, and process automation initiatives. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Software Developer, Business Application Developer, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and programming concepts. • Experience developing business applications, ERP systems, CRM solutions, or workflow-based applications is preferred. • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to business software development. • Experience with databases, SQL, APIs, and system integrations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment. Preferred Skills • Experience with enterprise software solutions and business process automation. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern software development practices. • Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and data-driven applications. • Understanding of business operations and IT service environments. • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
